Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship in accordance with applicable technical standards. The warranty is strictly limited to defects resulting from the manufacturing process and does not cover damage caused by use, misuse, or external factors.
Warranty Coverage May Include:
Warranty coverage may apply to the following cases, subject to technical inspection and approval:
- Manufacturing defects in the tyre structure or components.
- Ply separation or cracks resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Any technical defect proven to have originated during the manufacturing process.
Warranty eligibility will be determined based on a technical inspection conducted by the company or its authorized representative.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:
- Misuse or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Failure to maintain the recommended tyre inflation pressure.
- Overloading or operation under unsuitable conditions.
- Accidents, collisions, or road hazard damage.
- Cuts, punctures, tears, or other external damage.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Racing, commercial, or industrial use for which the tyre is not designed.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs to the tyre.
- Use of tyres with incorrect size or specifications for the vehicle.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
To submit a warranty claim, the tyre must be presented for technical inspection along with the required supporting documents.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is limited solely to remedying verified manufacturing defects.
The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper or incorrect use of the tyre.
General Provisions:
This warranty is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
