Warranty Coverage:

The warranty does not cover taxis or any vehicles of similar commercial use.

Warranty Periods:

  • The warranty period starts from the date of battery installation in the end user’s vehicle, as stated on the installation invoice.
  • The applicable warranty period shall be based on the battery type or vehicle type, whichever is shorter.
  • Warranty periods are as follows:

    1. AGM batteries: up to 18 months.
    2. Heavy vehicles operated by transport companies: up to 6 months.
    3. Golf carts, sweepers, and electric vehicles: up to 6 months.
    4. All other batteries: up to 12 months.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Conditions:

  • All warranty claims must be submitted with a signed and stamped warranty card. The battery serial number must match the warranty card, along with the purchase date, battery type, vehicle number, and the original signed and stamped invoice.
  • The warranty period is calculated only from the original sale date of the new battery. Any replacement
  • The battery is eligible for replacement once only during the warranty period.

  • The authorized distributor reserves the right to determine whether the claim qualifies for a free replacement or a proportional settlement.

  • The vehicle in which the battery is installed must be presented for inspection. The distributor or authorized personnel will inspect the vehicle’s electrical and charging system before approving any claim. Claims will be rejected if any electrical fault or leakage is detected.

  • Any replaced battery becomes the property of the authorized distributor. No scrap compensation will be provided.
  • For any complaint, the battery must be returned complete and unopened to the authorized distributor. Replacement or reissued batteries must be collected from the same location.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • The warranty will be void if there is tampering, alteration, or overwriting of the serial number or manufacturing code on the battery or warranty card; physical damage; terminal tampering; short circuits causing terminal melting; or leakage from the battery case or terminals.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Installation of an incorrect battery size or a battery not recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
  • Damage caused by the vehicle’s electrical system, misuse, or improper battery connections.
  • Damage due to excessive torque, accelerated corrosion, or exposure to high temperatures.
  • Failure to maintain adequate charge during storage (inside or outside the vehicle), or damage caused by fire, accident, theft, or mechanical impact (e.g., hammering), or leaving vehicle lights on while the engine is off.
  • When the battery health indicator (magic eye) shows white.
  • Batteries with visible physical damage, such as cracked, punctured, or deformed cases or damaged terminals.
  • Batteries installed or operated with reverse polarity.
  • Use in unsuitable battery compartments, incorrect sizing, or insufficient protection from environmental conditions (e.g., rain, ice, snow)
  • Incorrect installation, improper handling, or misuse.
  • Fully discharged batteries that can still be recharged and restored to working condition.
  • Batteries used in more than one vehicle.
